Bacon rolls: how to make a quick, simple and tasty appetizer

Ingredients: 
1 puff pastry sheet 
150 g of herb cream cheese 
12 bacon slices 
1 egg 
Grated cheese
 
Directions: 
1. Flatten puff pastry and spread cream cheese all over. 
2. Then cut in stripes and add bacon. 
3. Roll each stripe to shape the bundles. 
4. Cover with grated cheese. 
5. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
