Coconut swivels: the last minute dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
100 g of sugar
200 g of dried coconut
1 puff pastry sheet (275 g)
1 egg yolk
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites and sugar, then stir in grated coconut.
2. Brush puff pastry edges with egg yolk.
3. Now fill with the coconut mixture.
4. Roll to close, then cut in slices to shape the swivels.
5. Place on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk.
6. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
