Spinach quiche: the recipe to make a savory pie in no time

Ingredients:
350 g of ricotta cheese
200 g of spinach
Green garlic
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
250 g of puff pastry
40 g of mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Mix spinach and ricotta in a bowl. Add chopped garlic and parsley, too.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Lastly, stir in one egg.
4. Flatten puff pastry and place it in a round mold and make some holes on the bottom with a fork.
5. Bake at 200° for 10 minutes.
6. Now fill with the spinach mixture, crack one egg on top and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake again at 200° for 20-30 minutes.
