Cheese bread: the recipe to make it fluffy and savory

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
100 ml of lukewarm water
100 ml of lukewarm milk
1 egg white
370-400 g of bread flour
Salt
1 tsp of sugar
7 g of dry brewer's yeast (or 20 g of fresh brewer's yeast)
- For the filling:
100 g of mozzarella cheese
100 g of gouda cheese
Olive oil
Dried oregano
- For the top:
Egg yolk
100 g of mozzarella cheese
100 g of minced meat (optional)
Dried oregano
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix water, milk, yeast, sugar, egg white, salt and flour in a large bowl.
2. Knead and let rise for 1 hour.
3. Flatten and fill with cheese, olive oil and oregano.
4. Close and place on a tray coated with baking paper. Then brush the surface with egg yolk.
5. Sprinkle some more cheese on top. Add minced meat small balls on top, too.
6. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
