Vegetables savory pie: the tasty meal to try

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
1 red onion
2 eggs
120 ml of milk
Salt and pepper
Aromatic herbs
300 g of phyllo dough
40 g of grated cheese
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Slice zucchini, eggplant and onion.
2. Then season with salt, pepper, paprika, oil and aromatic herbs.
3. Flatten phyllo dough and brush with oil.
4. Shape it into swivels and place them in the mold.
5. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
6. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cheese and aromatic herbs.
7. Pour onto the pie and bake for another 15 minutes.
