No bake lemon cake: the recipe for a delicious and fragrant dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
200 g of dry biscuits
80 g of melted butter
- For the filling:
250 g of lemon yogurt
60 g of sugar
180 of whipping cream
8 g of gelatin sheets
30 ml of lemon juice
- For the icing:
150 ml of lemon juice
120 g of sugar
15 g of corn starch
1 pinch of saffron
Directions:
1. Finely blend and mix them with melted butter. Then coat the base of a cake mold with this mixture.
2. Mix yogurt and sugar, then stir in whipped cream.
3. Hydrated the gelatin by soaking it in cold water for 10 minutes, then squeeze and dissolve it in lemon juice.
4. Pour the gelatin into the filling and fill the cake.
5. Pour lemon juice, sugar, corn starch and saffron in a saucepan.
6. Cook on the stove until it thickens.
7. Pour the mixture on top of the cake.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour and decorate with some fresh lemon slices.
