Strawberry tart: the recipe to make a delicious puff pastry dessert

Ingredients:

1 puff pastry sheet

100 g of cream cheese

1 tsp of vanilla extract

75 g of strawberry jam

125 g fresh strawberries

1 egg

Almond flakes

Powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Cut strawberries in little pieces.

2. Mix cream cheese and vanilla extract.

3. Then mix jam with chopped strawberries.

4. Fill puff pastry and brush the edges with egg.

5. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
