Creamy meatballs: the recipe for a tasty meal

Ingredients:
300 g of minced meat
200 g of mushrooms
200 ml of broth
200 ml of cooking cream
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of flour
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, ginger, dried parsley and paprika
Directions:
1. Mix meat with salt, pepper, spices and olive oil.
2. Shape the meatballs and fry them in a pan with some oil and butter. Then set aside.
3. In the same pan sautee some chopped onion and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
4. Pour in flour, broth and cooking cream. Then season with salt, pepper and parsley.
5. Place back meatballs and let simmer for 5-10 minutes at low heat.
6. Serve with rice.
