Lemon brownies: the recipe to make some delicious treats that melt in your mouth

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
150 g of sugar
110 g of butter
125 g of white chocolate
160 g of flour
2 eggs
Lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp of lemon juice
- For the icing:
125 g of powdered sugar
3 tbsp of lemon juice
Lemon zest for decoration
Directions:
1. Melt butter and white chocolate. Then let cool.
2. In a different bowl mix sugar, grated lemon zest and eggs. Then pour the chocolate and butter mixture.
3. Lastly add flour, salt and lemon juice.
4. Pour the batter in a square mold. Bake at 160° for 25 minutes.
5. Make the icing by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice.
6. Pour on top of the cake and decorate with grated lemon zest.
7. Cut in squares and serve.
