Baked zucchini frittata: the recipe to make it tasty in the oven

Ingredients:
3 zucchini
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
100 ml of milk
2 tbsp of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Dill
2 garlic cloves
30 g of grated cheese
10 g of butter
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini, place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Stir in let rest for 15 minutes.
2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Then add milk, flour and baking powder.
3. Season with chopped dill and crushed garlic.
4. Lastly add zucchini and cheese.
5. Pour the batter in a greased mold.
6. Bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
