Chocolate swiss roll: the simple dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 pinch of salt
100 g of vanilla sugar
80 g of sugar
40 g of milk
100 g of flour
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- For the filling:
200 g of cream cheese
20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
50 g of powdered sugar
100 g of whipping cream
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with salt, vanilla sugar and sugar for about 10 minutes.
2. Then add milk and sifted flour.
3. Now take 3 tbsp of batter and mix with cocoa powder.
4. Pour the batter into a tray coated with baking paper and flatten, then decorate with the cocoa batter.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
6. For the filling mix cheese, sifted powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Then stir in whipping cream.
7. Fill the cake and wrap in a roll.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve cut in slices.
