Fluffy raspberry cake: the recipe to make a delicious dessert in no time

Ingredients:
175 g of flour
120 g of sugar
100 g of butter
3 eggs
120 g of whipping cream
70 g of almond flour
7 g of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
170 g of raspberries
60 g of almond flakes
Directions:
1. Blend sugar and butter in a stand mixer.
2. Add eggs, cream, almond flour, flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Flavor with vanilla extract.
4. Pour the batter into a greased mold.
5. Place raspberries and almond flakes on top.
6. Bake at 170 for 35-40 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
