Short crust bundt cake: the original, beautiful and delicious dessert recipe

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
370 g of cake flour
170 g of butter
130 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of orange paste
- For the filling:
300 g of cherries jam
250 g of almond flour
Directions:
1. Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and butter in a large bowl.
2. Stir and add eggs and orange paste.
3. Knead into an even dough and let rest for 45 minutes.
4. Filling: mix jam with almond flour.
5. Flatten the dough and shape the bundt cake.
6. Cover with almond flakes and bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
