Dulce de leche cake: it is one of the best desserts on this planet!

This delicious dulce de leche cake has moist and fluffy brown butter layers covered in silky dulce de leche buttercream. You will love this cake!
INGREDIENTS

Biscuit:
4 eggs
200 g sugar
285 gr Sour cream
280 gr Dulce De Leche Cream
250 grams of flour
2 tbsp baking powder
Peel coating syrup:
60 ml of water
60 ml of milk
1 tbsp of coffee
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Cream:
230 gr butter
225 gr cream cheese
380 gr Dulce De Leche Cream
240 ml whipped cream
METHOD
- Combine biscuit ingredients. Mix the eggs and sugar, then add sour cream, Dolce De Leche cream, flour and baking powder. Divide the mixture into three portions and bake three biscuits at 175 degrees, 16-18 minutes. When the biscuits are baked and cooled, remove the biscuit's surface layer, cut it into pieces and cut it. Bruschettas will serve as decoration.
- Prepare syrup to coat the crust, boil together water, milk, coffee, vanilla extract.
- For the cream, it is necessary to mix the softened butter, cream cheese, Dulce De Leche cream, in a special bowl, whisk the whipped cream and then combine with the previously prepared mixture.
- Layer the cake, the first layer of crust, coat with syrup, then place some of the creams, then the second crust, syrup, cream and the last layer of crust. Coat the cake with the rest of the cream and create a beautiful decoration with Dulce De Leche cream. Apply brushes over the edges of the cake.
