Zucchini and potato casserole: a tasty recipe to eat more vegetables

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
1 onion
2 carrots
3 potatoes
Dill
3 garlic cloves
3 eggs
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
1 tsp of salt
Directions:
1. Grate all of the vegetables.
2. Add chopped dill, garlic, eggs, salt and pepper.
3. Now stir in vegetable oil and breadcrumbs, too.
4. Brush some oil at the bottom of a tray and pour the vegetables mixture in it.
5. Bake at 180° for 50 minutes.
