Custard tarts with puff pastry: the last minute dessert everyone will adore

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
1 egg
300 g of cherries in syrup
Almond flakes
Powdered sugar
300 ml of milk
1/2 packet of vanilla pudding powder
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, milk and vanilla pudding powder in a saucepan.
2. Cook on the stove until it thickens, then let cool.
3. Flatten puff pastry and cut in half.
4. Brush the edges with whisked egg, then fill one half with the custard and some cherries.
5. Now cover with the other half and seal the edges with a fork.
6. Cut the surface in squares, brush with whisked egg and sprinkle with almond flakes.
7. Decorate with powdered sugar.
