Potato sticks: how to make them perfect at home

Ingredients:
3 potatoes (about 800 g)
Fresh parsley
Salt
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
70 g of grated cheese
5 tbsp of potato starch
Seeds oil
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, dice and boil them. When done, mash them.
2. Season with chopped parsley, salt, paprika and garlic powder.
3. Then add grated cheese and potato starch, too.
4. Place the mixture in a mold and let sit for 10 minutes.
5. Cut in sticks and fry them in hot oil until crispy.
