Puff pastry cocoa braid: the recipe for a fragrant and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
500 g of puff pastry
20 g of butter
Vanillin
25 g of sugar
10 g of cocoa powder
45 g of walnuts
40 g of raisins
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Flatten puff pastry using a rolling pin.
2. Then brush with melted butter all over and sprinkle with vanillin.
3. Add cocoa powder, chopped walnuts and raisins too.
4. Roll to close, then cut in two long stripes and twist them.
5. Bake at 200° for 20-25 minutes.
6. Add powdered sugar on top to decorate.
