Ricotta cheese and chocolate dessert: the delicious recipe

Ingredients:
Fresh ricotta 400 g
Butter 70 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Powdered sugar 70 g
Chocolate 200 g
Molds
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and mix it with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
2. Add the mixture to the ricotta and blend everything to obtain a cream.
3. Melt the chocolate and brush it in the molds to create the wrapper, put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Stuff and cover the other chocolate in the fridge for an hour.
