Meat sandwiches: the recipe to make a delicious meal

Ingredients:
500 gr of minced meat
30 gr of bread crumbs
60 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt pepper and parsley
100 gr of cooked ham
100 gr of smoked cheese
200 gr of boiled spinach
 
Ingredients for the breading:
2 eggs
breadcrumbs to taste
 
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the meat with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper and parsley.
2. Spread half of the meat mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.
3. Stuffed with cooked ham, spinach and smoked cheese.
4. Cut the sandwiches and pass them in the eggs and breadcrumbs.
5. Arrange them on a baking tray, add a drizzle of oil and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
