Cabbage and potatoes patties: the simple recipe for a savory dish

Ingredients (~8/9 pcs)
350 g of cabbage
250 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
80 g of onion
50 g of grated cheese
40 g of breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Bread crumbs
Seed oil
Directions:
1. After washing it and taking the hard parts off, cut the cabbage in thin stripes.
2. In a large pan heat some oil and let fry the chopped onion for 2 or 3 minutes.
3. Add cabbage and a little bit of water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Let cool the cooked cabbage, then mix with potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
5. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
6. Make some patties with your hands and coat them completely with some more bread crumbs.
7. Fry the patties in a pan with some seeds oil until they're golden on both sides.
