Pork fillet with beer sauce: the easy recipe for a savory dinner

Ingredients:
500 g of pork fillet
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 carrot
330 ml of beer
1 tbsp of flour
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1 glass of meat broth
Thyme
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Directions:
1. Cut the fillet in slice about 2 centimeters thick.
2. Season with some pepper.
3. In a large pan heat some olive oil and place the sliced meat.
4. Cook over high heat for 2 o 3 minutes each side.
5. When the meat is golden outside take it off from the pan and keep aside.
6. In the same pan add chopped onion and carrot. Let fry and then add tomato sauce.
7. Season with thyme and pour in the beer. Let evaporate for a couple of minutes.
8. After that add broth.
9. When the sauce is reduced, blend it to get a smooth and thick cream.
10. Put the sauce in the pan with meat and cook everything for 4 o 5 minutes.
