Pumpkin pound cake with cream cheese filling: the easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
- For the batter
200 g of flour
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp of cloves
A pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of baking soda
A pinch of salt
400 g of pumpkin
200 g of sugar
100 g of brown sugar
2 eggs
110 g of seed oil
- For the cheese filling:
250 g of cream cheese
80 g of sugar
1 egg
Directions:
1. Steam cook peeled and diced pumpkin.
2. Squeeze it with a fork to make it a puree.
3. In a bowl mix flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
4. In another bowl mix cooked pumpkin, sugar and brown sugar.
5. Add in the eggs too and whisk it.
6. When it's all blended pour in seed oil and mix again.
7. Now add the powders you mixed before.
8. Whisk until all the ingredients are well blended.
9. Now make the filling: mix cream cheese, egg and sugar.
10. Pour the pumpkin batter into a pan and put the cheese filling in the middle and on the surface too.
11. Bake at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.
12. Serve decorated with some powdered sugar.
