Roasted potatoes: the recipe to have them crunchy and tasty

Ingredients:
1 kg of baby potatoes
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Dried parsley
Crunchy onion
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and soak them in cold water.
2. Cut them in half.
3. Cook them into boiling water for 5 minutes.
4. When they're ready drain them and add all of the spices.
5. Shake so that they're coated and seasoned.
6. Place the potatoes in a tray covered in baking paper making one single layer.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
8. Take them out of the oven, flip them and bake again for another 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve sprinkled with some crunchy onions.
