Fritters with leftover rice: the recipe for a tasty and easy dinner

Ingredients: 
Unbleached flour 
1 tsp of salt 
1 tsp of pepper 
1 tsp of cumin 
Water 
1 egg
Leftover rice
 
Directions: 
1. In a bowl mix flour and all the spices.
2. Pour some water in it and mix well. 
3. Add in the egg and then the rice. 
4. In a pan pour some oil and fry the rice using a spoon to portion.
