Homemade buns: how to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
400g of flour 0
130g of mashed boiled potatoes
130g of fresh whole milk slightly warm
100g of slightly warm water
20g of sugar
12g of fresh brewer's yeast
12g of salt
1 egg and a drop of milk for brushing
Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour the water and add the milk and yeast.
2. Also add the sugar and mix well.
3. Then add the boiled potatoes, flour, oil and salt.
4. Form a soft dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
5. Then divide the dough into blocks of 130 g each, let them rest for an hour.
6. Then brush the egg and milk and add the sesame seeds.
7. Bake at 200° for 17-18 minutes.
