Mini fried balls with custard: you really need to try them

Ingredients:
250g bread flour
90g of slightly warm whole milk
50g of sugar
50g of not hot melted butter
1 large egg (about 60g)
8g of fresh brewer's yeast
2g of salt
5 g vanilla flavoring
Custard, hazelnut cream or jam to fill
Directions:
1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the milk.
2. Then add egg, butter, sugar and vanillin.
3. Then combine flour and salt.
4. Form a loaf and let it rest for 2 hours.
5. Then roll out the dough and divide it into many small discs.
6. Arrange them in a baking tray and cover them for 1 hour.
7. Fry them in hot oil and roll them in sugar.
8. You can serve them like this or stuff them as you prefer.
