Mini cheeseburger dough balls

INGREDIENTS
800g minced beef
300 g sliced cheddar cheese
200 g baked Bacon rashers
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Egg yolk wash
Sesame seeds
660g pizza dough
2 tbsp oil for frying
 

Preparation:
Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
In a bowl mix together beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form into small patties.
Fry each patty in a pan over medium heat until browned.
Make golf ball sized dough balls from the pizza dough. Press flat into a disc and top each in the middle with one piece of cheese, bacon, mini burger and more cheese.
Wrap it to seal. Arrange each on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush with egg yolk wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake dough balls for 20 minutes.
Serve with ketchup.
