Donuts balls: fluffy and delicious!

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) flour (00)
6g (1 1/2 tsp) baking powder
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
2g (1/4 tsp) of salt
180ml (0.47 cup) of milk
15ml (1 tbsp) of oil
100g (1 cup) dark chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk and oil. Stir well. Form the dough by hand. Knead the dough and sprinkle with flour if it is too sticky. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Once the dough has risen, flour the work surface and knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth. Roll it in and cut into mini balls.
  3. Flatten the dough and fill it with pieces of chocolate, and then shape it into a ball. Leave the dough for 10 minutes before frying.
  4. Fry in heated oil until golden brown over low heat. Then roll in sugar.
