Chicken and potato casserole: the easy and tasty meal

Ingredients:

500 gr chicken breast

500 gr potatoes

1 onion

150 gr mushrooms

100 gr shredded cheese

1 tomato

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 egg

Sale and pepper

Directions:

Cut the chicken and season it with salt and pepper.

Cut onion, potato and place all in a baking dish.

Mix the shredded cheese with tomato, mayo and egg.

Pour in the baking dish and bake at 356°F (180°) for 10-15 minutes.
