Zucchini and potato patties: easy, quick and so delicious

Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
1 medium zucchini
3 spoons of parmesan
5 tablespoons semolina flour
2 pinches of salt
Nutmeg to taste
1 egg
Oil
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
Directions:
Grate both the potatoes and the zucchini, put them in a bowl and add salt, nutmeg, egg, parmesan and chopped onion. Start mixing and add the semolina flour. Form the meatballs and put them on a baking sheet. Add a drizzle of oil and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20-15 minutes.
