Eggs flan: the recipe to prepare a creamy dessert

Ingredients:
4 eggs + 2 yolks
100 gr sugar
500 ml milk
Cinnamon
Lemon peel
Caramel:
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 spoons of water
Directions:
Heat the milk with cinnamon and lemon zest. Then strain the milk.
Prepare the caramel in a pan with sugar, lemon and water.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and gradually add the milk.
In a container pour the caramel and then the mixture with the eggs.
Cook in a water bath for an hour.
