Egg puffs: crunchy and quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
80g (1/3 cup) butter
50g (1/3 cup) sugar
100ml (2/5 cup) water 
1/2 tsp salt 
100g (3/4 cup) flour 
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1g (1/4 tsp) baking powder 

METHOD
In the pan on low heat add butter, sugar, and water. Once everything is melted add the flour and cook for 3 minutes.
Transfer the dough to the bowl and add eggs and baking powder.
Transfer the prepared mixture to the piping bag and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
