Rose buns: the original, beautiful and fluffy recipe

Ingredients:
312 gr flour
5 spoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of dry yeast
180 ml milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of melted butter

Directions:
Dough: in a bowl add sugar, yeast and salt. Do not let salt and yeast touch. Add the milk and stir, then add the egg.
Knead the dough and add the butter. Let it rise for an hour.
Then divide it into 16 parts, and divide each portion in half.
Shape the roses as shown in the video and then brush the egg. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15-20 minutes.
