How to make brewer's yeast using dry yeast

A quick Italian method to prepare brewer's yeast from dry yeast. It is important to remember that 7gr of dehydrated yeast corresponds to 25 grams of brewer's yeast.
Ingredients:
7 g of dehydrated yeast
30 g of water at room temperature
60 g of 00 flour

Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast well in the water, then add the flour. It all works well by getting a stick. Put it in an airtight container and leave it in the refrigerator. You can keep it for 7 days.
