Homemade brewer's yeast: the easy recipe to make it

Angy is an Italian girl who will show you the easy way to prepare brewer's yeast.
 
Ingredients:
50 ml blonde beer
100 gr flour
1 tbsp sugar
 

Directions:
Mix the beer with the sugar. Then add the flour and mix well until a rubbery mixture is obtained. Let it rest for 24 in a warm place. If after the necessary time the fermentation will have taken place successfully, use it and do not keep it for days.
