Eggplant Parmesan Recipe: Easy & Tasty

A traditional dish that never disappoints.
Ingredients:
4 long eggplants
1,5 liters tomato puree
200g grated smoked cheese
200g ham
Grated cheese to taste
Directions:
Slice the eggplants, season with salt and place them in a bowl. Cover with a plate and press with a weight, let it sit for 2 hours.
Then rinse them well, dry them and fry them.
At this point, create the Parmesan by alternating the various layers. Finally bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
