Cabbage stuffed rolls: the quick meal rich of flavor

Ingredients:
4-5 leaves of cabbage
150 g. minced pork
50 g. minced veal
A small teaspoon of salt
One medium egg
Q.b. of minced garlic
A teaspoon of chopped parsley
A grind of black pepper
A ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
For the stuffing:
sweet provola cut into pieces to taste
To cook:
A pinch of salt
A grind of black pepper
A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
A few flakes of butter
20 ml. of red wine
Directions:
Blanch the cabbage for two minutes.
Then season the meat with salt, pepper, egg, parmesan, garlic, parsley and extra virgin olive oil. Also add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and form meatballs. Stuff each meatball with provolone and then form the rolls.
Cook in a pan with oil, salt, butter and then blend with the wine.
