Potato and bacon casserole: easy, quick and so yummy

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes

olive oil q.b.

Salt and Pepper To Taste.

300 gr of bechamel sauce

a handful of grated cheese

200 gr of provola cheese

200 grams of bacon

Directions:

Peel and slice the potatoes, boil them for 10 minutes. Then mix them with salt, pepper and oil. In a 24 cm mold started to form the various layers alternating béchamel, potatoes, bacon, cheese and provola. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
