Zabaione cream: the tasty recipe to fill your dessert

Ingredients:
4 eggs
200 grams of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of corn starch
120 ml of dry Marsala
250 gr of butter
Directions:
Start mixing the egg yolks with the sugar, you will need to get a frothy mixture. Add a teaspoon of starch to obtain a thicker cream.
Then heat the marsala and add the mixture with the yolks. Let it cool well, then whip the butter and add the mixture.
Whip until you have a frothy mixture.
