Homemade burger: the simple recipe to make them fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of dry yeast
100 ml + 100 ml of warm water
30 grams of sugar
25 ml of warm milk
500 grams of flour 00
1 egg
80 gr of butter at room temperature
15 gr of salt
some milk to brush
sesame seeds to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, mix yeast, warm water, sugar and milk.
Let it rest for 15 minutes and then add to the flour. Then add egg, butter, mix and add water and salt.
Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 90 minutes.
Divide into 8 pieces and then let rise for 1 hour.
Brush with milk and add the sesame seeds.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15-20 minutes.
Stuffed as you like.
