Apple pie with custard: the delicious dessert to try right now

Ingredients:

160 gr soft butter

100 gr icing sugar

3 egg yolks

1 sachet of vanillin

320 gr flour

1 or 2 apples

Custard cream

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix butter, powdered sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually add the flour and form a homogeneous dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Prepare the cream and cut the apple into thin slices.

Assemble the tart and bake at 356°F (180°) for 60 minutes.
