Apple and cinnamon pie: a delicious dessert to try now!

This is one of those cakes you never forget!
INGREDIENTS

150g (1 cup) Cottage cheese
200g (0.8 cup) Butter
150g (0.7 cup) Sugar
5g (1 tsp) Vanilla sugar
300g (2.4 cups) flour
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
6 pcs. apples (1 kg)
cinnamon and vanilla
1 egg yolk
METHOD
- Mix the cottage cheese with the chopped, softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add sifted flour and baking powder. Knead a fine dough.
- If the dough is too soft, you can put it in the freezer for a while.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out into two thin layers to fit your baking tin.
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Put halves of apples on the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar (to taste).
- Place another piece of dough on top and tighten the edges upwards.
- Coat the top with egg yolk.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
