Dough sheep

Ingredients
1 Yeast dough
1 cup ricotta
2 cups cheese, grated
4 oz salami
1 egg
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp parsley
Method
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine riccota with grated cheese.
Form a little dough circle and fill it with cheese mixture and salami.
Create ears, hooves, head, nose and a tail.
Place these parts to form a sheep and bake at 180C/350F for 35-40 min.
Sprinkle with cottage cheese and parsley.
