Ingredients
Filo dough
1 cup Vegetable Oil
Water
8 oz Smoked salmon
1 cup Cheesy sauce

Method
Take straight beverage tube and filo sheet, and roll it.
Grease the edge grease with some water, close up roll and remove tube.
Cut them in half.
Fill pan with oil and put dough, fry until golden brown.
Immerse in the cheesy sauce and cover with smoked salmon.
