INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
1 package Filo dough
Filling:
2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
2 cups chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp dried seasonings
2 tsp sesame
METHOD
Cut the dough into the strips.
Combine ingredients for the filling.
Stuffing the dough strips, grease the edges of the dough with beaten egg.
Form the pie and bake for 15 minutes 200°C/390°F.
