Spinach casserole: the recipe for a tasty and quick meal

Ingredients:
500 g of spinach
Olive oil
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
3 eggs
120 ml of milk
150 g of flour
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper (optional)
200 g of feta cheese
100 g of shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Finely chop spinach and fry them in a pan with oil, diced onion and minced garlic.
2. Let cook for 5 minutes.
3. Whisk the eggs with milk.
4. Then add flour, salt, pepper, cooked spinach, feta cheese and parsley.
5. Pour the mixture in an oiled tray.
6. Add mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
