CEVAPCICI: the delicious elongated meatballs typical of Baltic cuisine!

INGREDIENTS
210g minced lamb
160g minced beef
160g minced pork
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
1. In a mixing bowl, add the minced lamb, minced beef, minced pork, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything with your hands until well combined. Cover with cling film and transfer to the fridge for 3 hours.
2. After the resting time, take the mixture and form cylindrical meatballs about 10cm long and 2cm wide, working the mixture between the palms of your hands.
3. Transfer the meatballs to a grill pan and grill them on both sides, turning them often to ensure even cooking.
4. Serve the cevapcici on a serving dish and enjoy.
