How to make a delicious meatballs brioche for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) Flour
300ml (1.27 cup) Water + 20ml (0.08 cup)
30ml (0.14 cup) Vegetable oil
15g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
20g (0.1 cup) Sugar
6g (1 tsp) Salt
To fill in:
500g (2.2 cup) Ground beef
300g (2.2 cup) Minced chicken breast
150g (0.6 cup) Onion
100g (1.1 cups) Cabbage of choice
6g (1 tsp) Salt
2g (1 tsp) Paprika
2g (1 tsp) Black pepper
2g (2 tsp) Chives
For coating:
1 egg yolk
20ml (0.1 cup) Oil
3g (1 tsp) Garlic in granuloma
1g (1 tsp) Dill
METHOD
- Knead a fine dough with warm water, sugar, yeast, oil and flour to which you have added salt. When you have kneaded the dough, cover it with a transparent foil and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Combine minced meat, onion, cabbage, chives, spices.
- When the dough has arrived, mix it and roll it, then divide it into parts and roll it into balls.
- Roll each ball into a circle, fill with the meat mixture, connect the two ends and arrange in a baking tray, which you lined with baking paper. When you have filled the pan, cover with a cloth and leave for 15 minutes, and then coat the dough with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
