A soft and delicious cake with a crunchy surface that you can't wait to try!
✅For the dough: (for a 22 x 11 mold)
2 eggs.
A pinch of sales.
100 g of sugar
10g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
140 g of ricotta
80 g butter (melted)
160 g of flour
10 g of baking powder (2 teaspoons).

✅ For the crumble:
40 g of flour
30 g butter (2 tablespoons).
1 tablespoon of sugar.

✅Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool to room temperature.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
